It Ain’t Easy Being Green
I've been working out in the evenings (after 8pm) and while I think my intensity level is admirable, my energy and focus is nowhere near what it could be if I got it in during the morning. I'm also dealing with the bitter truth that, while I loathe cardio, it is something that my body responds to positively and quickly.
The post-workout green smoothie looks like someone ate it already, but iDigress. I won't stop. Can't stop.
