I want to go where “everybody knows my name.” And if they don’t, they wouldn’t mind finding out. That place for me is Coffee Groundz – a hip, socially conscious, tech savvy coffeehouse in midtown Houston. It has been the backdrop of the best moments I’ve had in this city: tweetups, poetry night, performing live with my band and even hanging out with my kids.

When Obama won the election, I was there. When I wanted to connect with my social media peeps, I went there. When I wanted to test out the WiFi on my Macbook, PSP, Blackberry, PSP, iPod touch or iPhone, I was there. If I had a long day at work and needed a chai latte Freezee, I was there.

I associate good times with the good people at Coffee Groundz.

So for my ‘second batch’ of wallpaper graphic goodness, I’ve designed three (3) iPhone / iPod Touch wallpapers to commemorate the awesomeness that is Coffee Groundz.
