The return of the baker’s dozen
Back in the day, some bloggers would chronicle their weekend with what was called the Baker’s Dozen. The rules were simple:
It’s a lost art that I’m resurrecting today. Let’s go.
my Blackberry 8820 sold on eBay, so. . .
. . . I went to the Apple Store and bought an iPhone
gave my oldest son a “cesar (haircut)” while the youngest got an “uptown fade”
upgraded my MBP by installing 2 x 2GB RAM memory cards
attended the Saint Arnold’s Brewery tour w/my wife to take pictures and sweat profusely
watched The Watermelon Woman on Netflix on Demand and it was “different” to say the least
taught my oldest son how to make pancakes
sang “Happy Birthday” to our oldest daughter who turned 11 on Sunday
watched Love for Sale and City of God on Netflix on Demand and DVD, respectively
formatted the 500GB external HD I got for Father’s Day
talked to my parents for the first time in a couple months
painted my wife’s toes (straight out of the playa’s playbook)
