I believe that my life has been a series of blessings and challenges that have poised me to receive success beyond my imagination. During one of my ramblings on Twitter, I spoke of becoming a millionaire and a fellow Twitterer replied – asking what I was going to do with the million dollars I “already have.”
I broke down (in classic 140-character fashion) how I would slice up the funds to create trusts for the kids, eradicate all debt, set up college scholarships and pay my tithes. It was then suggested to me that I write out the checks now and place them next to my bed on my wall. This triggered an old memory of my watching the Hollywood story behind comedic actor, Jim Carrey, who wrote himself a $10MM dollar check when he was first starting out (which he eventually was able to cash).
I didn’t write out the checks last night but it was my first action of the day when I arrived at my office. The physical act of writing checks out for church, college funds, sponsorships, monetary gifts to my wife and parents..felt good. A sense of excitement came over me and I began to believe that I will be able to cash these checks in the near future. I possess all the passion, drive and skill to achieve everything I want in a way that will provide abundance to myself and my family. It’s time to watch my destiny further unfold.
Until next time. . .
